Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled old fashioned oats organic
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup plant milk i used almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp plant butter melted, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Spray 2 ramekins, if you want them to be easily removed
  • Pour mixture divided evenly into ramekins. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes.
  • Top with your favorite vegan cream cheese and/or nuts. Enjoy!
