- 1/2 cup rolled old fashioned oats organic
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup plant milk i used almond milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp plant butter melted, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Spray 2 ramekins, if you want them to be easily removed
Pour mixture divided evenly into ramekins. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes.
Top with your favorite vegan cream cheese and/or nuts. Enjoy!
